My journey to calm...
After 2 NICU babies (one with a rare congenital heart defect), I thought I missed my calling to motherhood. I was unhappy, miserable, and honestly quite burned out. I felt rage more than I experienced joy.
When my second daughter was about 10 months old, I broke down in the middle of my living room floor. My children were both screaming and I was sobbing in absolutely hopelessness. I prayed that God would lead me into healing.
That next week my therapist recommended going back to school to become a Certified Parent Coach.. and that's where my journey began.
I promised myself that if I found healing... and became the mom I wanted to be I would share that with the world.

Our minds are POWERFUL. The are really good at looking for danger, making up stories, and leading up to believe that everything is a fact. This week we dive into choices, wants vs needs, and realistic expectations of motherhood.
